NW Rebuild Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping communities rebuild after disasters by providing design, drafting, and consulting services. Our services are provided in good faith and depend on available resources, funding, and volunteer participation.

3. Eligibility & Use of Services

  • Our services are primarily available to individuals, families, and businesses impacted by disasters.

  • Eligibility for certain services may be determined based on need, funding availability, and project scope.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity if their request falls outside our mission or if we determine that our resources cannot meet the request.

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging with NW Rebuild Project, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all communications.

  • Use our services lawfully and in alignment with our mission.

  • Not misrepresent your eligibility for assistance.

  • Respect our staff, volunteers, and project partners.

5. Communications & Messaging

By engaging with NW Rebuild Project, you consent to receive messages from us regarding:

  • Program Updates – Information about available services, eligibility, and ongoing projects.

  • Promotional & Marketing Messages – Fundraising campaigns, donation opportunities, event invitations, and awareness campaigns.

  • Volunteer & Engagement Opportunities – Updates on how to get involved, open volunteer positions, and community initiatives.

Message Frequency

We typically send messages approximately once per week, but frequency may vary depending on organizational updates and user preferences.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NW Rebuild Project is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving our communications.

Opting Out of Communications

Users may opt out of receiving messages at any time using the following methods:

  • Email – Click the “Unsubscribe” link in any promotional email or email us at info@nwrebuild.org with the subject line "Unsubscribe."

  • Mailing Lists – Email info@nwrebuild.org or call (541)361-4002 to request removal from direct mail communications.

6. Donations & Funding

  • Donations to NW Rebuild Project are non-refundable unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

  • We maintain financial transparency and use donations in accordance with our mission.

  • Certain donations may be subject to restrictions based on donor agreements.

7. Volunteer & Contractor Engagement

  • Volunteers and contractors working with NW Rebuild Project must abide by all policies, including our Code of Conduct.

  • NW Rebuild Project is not liable for any personal injury, damages, or loss incurred during volunteer or contractor activities.

  • Volunteers and contractors may be subject to background checks depending on the nature of their work.

  • All content, materials, and documents produced by NW Rebuild Project, including designs, drafts, and reports, are the property of NW Rebuild Project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Users may not distribute, reproduce, or sell any proprietary information without explicit permission.

  • Delays or inability to provide services due to funding, staffing, or other constraints.
